ACIS 2026 Industry Day: Academic & Industry AI Solutions
Tuesday, 1 December 2026 | ECU City Campus, Perth
Join us for an afternoon bringing together researchers and practitioners to explore how to move AI from ideas into practice. The Industry Day combines an industry keynote, hands-on workshops and networking in a highly interactive VIP program designed to create meaningful exchange between academia and industry.
Participants will work together on challenges proposed by four AI industry players to experiment with emerging approaches, develop practical solutions, and explore the opportunities and complexities of AI adoption in organisations.
The four workshops, taking place concurrently, offer complementary perspectives on AI in practice, from enterprise AI adoption and rapid prototyping to collaborative human-AI problem-solving and the role of human judgement, trust and connection.
