Description

Health informatics is poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare ecosystems. It facilitates the dissemination of health tech, age tech, and fitness tech, while providing vital insights for modernising healthcare systems, policies, and programs. Currently, Australian health systems lack the utilisation of AI and the effective sharing of integrated economic, social, fitness and health solutions, including data, to benefit the regional and ageing population. This gap leaves the health industry, businesses, and the general public without a clear way to move forward with AI adoption and to address the technological challenges in healthcare.

This workshop will explore how health informatics can strengthen the Australian healthcare ecosystem to foster healthcare knowledge sharing, and communities’ engagement.

Date & Duration: 5th December, 3 Hours
Time & Location: 9:00am – 12:00pm, Workshop/Panel Space
