Yes. Please check the registration form of the conference.
Yes, you may register and pay onsite (high rate) although we strongly encourage all participants to register and pay in advance due to space limitations and to ensure all of your registration requests/needs can be met (all special meal requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the conference).
Conference registrations fees may be paid in advance or onsite but must be paid in full prior to collecting your badge and other registration materials.
We strongly encourage all participants to complete the conference registration as soon as possible.
Complete your conference registration, then complete the invitation letter request form. Please see the registration information for the proper procedure.
Please Note: Prior to receiving a letter of invitation you will need to complete and pay for your conference registration. As Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than two months prior to the conference.
Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email (acis2023@vuw.ac.nz) within November 15. Refunds after this date are not possible regardless of the reason.
The reception and conference dinner are included in the registration fee. You may purchase individual tickets separately for guests and family members as part of your own registration. You may pay for your guest ticket through the online registration form, or make your purchase while onsite. Please note that guest tickets do not include access to educational sessions.

You can register as normal using the conference registration form.
For the paper to appear in the ACIS proceedings, at least one author of each paper will be required to participate in the paper session and be registered for the conference by the early registration deadline. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the removal of your paper from the proceedings.
Each additional co-author attending the conference must register independently.
The Conference timezone is New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) – UTC+12
Conference attire will be casual and comfortable. For in-person attendees, meeting room temperatures may be cool, and climate varies, so layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort. Be sure to check the local weather for the current conditions.
We will do our best to accommodate to honor your special dietary needs. Please select your special meal request from the options provided during your conference registration prior to the conference. All special dietary requests must be made before arriving onsite; requests made onsite will not be honored.
