The IS Community Champion Award recognises Information Systems scholars who play a developmental role in the Australasian IS community through leadership and service, honouring academics who demonstrate volunteerism, impact, leadership, and responsibility for others. Recipients may be individuals or teams of current or retired Australasian IS academics with evidence of sustained service through leadership roles in entities such as ACPHIS, PHIS-NZ, AAIS, AJIS, or ACIS, or through other service roles impacting the regional IS community.
