Manuscript Revision Guidelines
Once your paper has been reviewed and returned to you for revisions to be made, then please address all the concerns that have been raised in the review process.
The authors should submit one revised file including the changes made to the paper, also known as the camera-ready version, for publication in the proceedings.
As described in the Call for Papers template, some other points to note for revised papers being resubmitted include ensuring that in this final submission you have:
- added the author’s name at the beginning of the paper.
- included the author’s last name (e.g., “Smith” or “Smith & White”) in the page header section, and if there are three or more authors, then list the first author’s last name followed by “et al” (e.g., Smith et al), and
- complete the Copyright Release Form at the end of your document and the acknowledgements section if necessary.
- added all references if they were removed from the initial submission.
- added the submission details in header and footer of your paper in black and white colour.
Your Track Chairs will be checking your revisions before a final acceptance decision is made to ensure it aligns with the ACIS2025 template.
