Types of Papers
Full papers must be completed research not exceeding 10 pages length (approx. 5,000 words not including Title page, References, Appendices, Acknowledgements and Copyright statement). All full papers must conform to the ACIS2025 Submission Template.
Short papers are research in progress. Like completed research, short papers will be submitted to a mini track for double blind review. Upon acceptance, short papers will be presented by authors while interested participants gather to share ideas and discuss topics of mutual interest. Short papers must not exceed 5 pages (approx. 2,500 words, not including Title page, References, Appendices, Acknowledgements and Copyright statement) and must conform to the ACIS2025 Submission Template.
Paper Submission
Please submit your Full Paper or Short Paper by the Paper Submission Deadline by submitting this through our ACIS2025 Easy Chair Submission System. Alternatively, contact acis@aaisnet.org for further enquiries or assistance.
Blind Review Process and Anonymisation
All submissions including all Full or Short papers will undergo double-blind review, the author’s names and affiliations should not appear anywhere in the document for the initial submission. If referring to articles or documents by the same author(s), these should be removed from both the text and reference list and replaced with <removed for refereeing>.
Additionally, please check the document properties and delete any author or affiliation information. When using this template before the review, ensure that the entire document contains no author information—this includes the author/affiliation section above the abstract, the header, the copyright statement, or any details in the document properties.
